Captain's House, a coastal peaceful comfortable spacious traditional and unconventional home with 180 degrees ocean views. With a reverse floor plan and large windows you can watch the waves roll in, see the change in ocean color throughout the day and the sunsets. An under 2 min walk, gets you on a beautiful empty beach whenever you feel like. A covered deck with expansive ocean views invites you often to feel the ocean breeze and hear the sound of crashing waves. The back deck with gas grill has partial ocean view, lush rain forest view and mountain view. The memory foam comfortable mattresses on all beds will give you a deep long night sleep in the strong fresh ocean air. All 4 bedrooms have their own private bath and work table with chair(s). One bedroom has a UHD computer monitor
The house has two living rooms.
The living room downstairs can be used as a 5th walk through sleeping area. It has a queen sofa bed sleeper that pulls out into bed and a twin bed.
The dinning table has 10 comfortable dining chairs. There are also 4 counter height chairs at the kitchen island
In the house you can find:
1 child’s highchair, 2 X pack' n plays with mattresses + 3 sheets for mattresses, stepping stools, 1 baby gate.
100% cotton bed linens with duvet covers washed after every guest (sorry, no top sheets), extra blankets and pillows
High speed internet, wi-fi, wired telephone for local/US calls, XBox One S + 1 controller.
We offer Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ (with ads) via the Roku apps on all 6 smart TVs as well as Live TV on the Hulu app (like cable TV with 85+ channels) with unlimited DVR recording. Please DO NOT log out of these 3 (Hulu, Disney, ESPN) apps so all guests can enjoy them. You’re welcome to add any other Roku apps.
9 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 12 beach towels, sand toys.
12 sets of towels and 12 twin comforters with duvet covers (4 stored in the living room downstairs). Hair dryers in all 4 bathrooms.
Drip Coffee Maker with filters, 250 g starter pack Italian coffee, coffee grinder, fridge filtered water, ice maker

This house is amongst the best I’ve stayed in-and I travel domestically and internationally. Spacious, clean, Well appointed with quality furniture. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything they could imagine we’d need… from extra linens to beach towels. Beds were quite comfortable Bedding was uncommonly high quality. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very roomy for a group of crafters. Love the 2nd bed in every bedroom. Stairs to the main level was a bit of a challenge for our elderly moms but we managed just fine. All happy campers in our group of 8.

Always love coming back here! Our family has been making memories in this rental over the last few years and haven’t been disappointed. A very well stocked kitchen is what has standed out to us, especially when traveling with a group! Great location and great experience with the process of booking. Thank you!
