The place was super clean, spacious, comfortable (for two of us). Anything we could need (more bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, extention cord etc) was already in the closet. Even the heater was tusned on in advance to warm up the room.
Small detail : the shower head pressure is too strong, the shower hose is rigid, so bathroom experience is 8/10. Still nice toilet, washing machine, interesting sink.

Great location! A very short walk to the ski lifts in new Gudauri with plenty of restaurants in close proximity and the supermarkets too! Just opposite the entrance is a fantastic market often with live music and artisan stalls in peak ski seasons!
