GVC 328 New Gudauri

It was very cold, there were no slippers very cold floors , apt heater was not working external heater was provided but strong enough.no heater in the bathroom it was difficult to access.

The view was amazing. Kitchen was fully equipped, balcony was spacious.

Position was nice, near the gondola. The owner was quite welcoming when we were forced to come a day later, and did not calculate it in price. There were all amenities for a small family that wants to cook on their own. Spar magazine and couple of restaurants were easily accessible.

I would never invest in those apartments. Although quite new, building seems worn out inside. In the bathroom you don't have a single straight line, it's a lousy job of construction. One can even be afraid of being electrocuted there. We were happy to find a property with a swimming pool. But there was no information that the swimming pool is not free of charge but entry is actually quite expensive. And there is a lot of mould on the ceiling of the swimming pool hall. This should be a review of room 328 but we were given room 217 without explanation. Although the administrator claimed the room is basically the same, I think it was smaller. Fair enough, we arrived a day later. But explanation would change our negative perception. There is no garage in the property, except for prepaid ones. Parking outside is quite a hassle.
