We loved how beautifully kept and spotless the accommodation was. The facilities were modern and well thought out, and the views were simply stunning even with the cold, rainy weather, the scenery added a special charm to the experience. As it was self‑catering, we appreciated having everything we needed to prepare our own meals comfortably. The kitchen setup made it easy to enjoy cozy breakfasts indoors while watching the rain outside. The location was excellent peaceful, scenic, and ideal for a relaxing weekend getaway. It offered both tranquility and convenient access to nearby attractions.
There wasn’t much to dislike. The only challenge was the weather, which limited outdoor enjoyment, but the accommodation itself more than made up for it.

Tranquility at its best!
Exactly what we needed to recharge, we felt like the only people on earth. Breathtakingly perfect views, lovely boama fire area and a divine hot tub experience.
Also a very comfortable + cozy little house with everything you could possibly need, and a very efficient fireplace to keep you nice and toasty.
Lovely fishing experience too.

We stayed in Fynbos cottage. It was spacious and very comfortable with great views. It is fitted out with everything needed for self catering and the kol kol is great for hot and cold weather. We enjoyed ravine and mountain walks with our dogs.
Just a personal choice, but I would have preferred glass wine glasses. But it was not a problem as drinking glasses were available.
