Amazing cottage in a picturesque setting in Montagu. The cottage is a complete "off the grid" property. There are no plugs in the cottage and all the energy required to run the cottage is sourced from solar power or gas. The cottage is very cosy and has an indoor and outdoor fireplace. There are also 4 different spaces outside on the patio or in the garden with chairs and loungers where one can relax with a coffee. The cottage was really comfortable and was fully equipped with everything one would need for their stay. A lovely basket with fresh farm produce was waiting on our arrival.
There is only 1 USB point to charge a phone. This is not enough, especially if one has two charge at least 2 phones and watches.

Great and quiet spot in the middle of an olive garden and within the heart of Montagu. Lots of nice touches provided by the owners. Efficient use of small space with a lovely large deck outside.

Centrally located and close to all shops, wine estates and olive farms. The cottage was clean with comfortable bedding and a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need. It is really a place you ca relax on, switch off and be completely immersed in nature.
