The location is fantastic. Away from the world in your own bubble. Only mentioned is the dirt/gravel road. Driving that road with a normal vehicle is very challenging and we were very concerned that our car does not encounter any damages. The food at the restaurant was tasty, home made, value for money meals. Truly enjoyed the Lapa with a drink in hand from the honesty bar. The staff team was incredible with the exception of one staff member.
The cleaning lady arrived at our unit daily with no cleaning supplies and with a big sigh ask if she needs to clean our unit. That was a bit off putting as one would feel compelled to say no to cleaning as she was so negative in this respect. During her time at the unit she kept complaining regarding her employer. Was not a pleasant daily encounter.

This place was one of the highlights of our Trip, their whole Team did their best and made sure our experience was magical & memorable. We couldn't thank them enough for giving us the best experience & all the activities we did were special. Highly recommend their Game Drive through the property, so be able to see their amazing location, even if we didn't see that many animals, it was one of our best experiences on our trip.
Not the property's fault, but it is location quite far from the bigger cities, so guests have to think they are going for a off-the-road experience & driving around gravel roads to access it & being in touch with nature.

Remote location, quality of food was good
The game drive was disappointing. We saw no animals at close quarters, only a few buck at long distance.
I really think the web site should make it clear that there is a very small range of wild life to be seen, even if you are lucky enough to see everything that is there.
Very disappointed to only have one choice of evening meal. (Were told that this is because the chef was off)
Tent would have benefited from floor covering rather than concrete - at least a rug. Also an easy chair with the sofa would have been welcomed. I see that both were provided in Leopard tent but not Hyena.
A shower would be preferable to a bath and would save water. In the absence of a shower, a shower attachment to the tap in the bath would be welcomed.
