About this house rental
This adorable two bedroom cottage with one bath, sleeps six, 1/2 block from dedicated beach in Laguna Beach with gulf view. Great backyard with grill and picnic table for cookouts. Outside shower for quick clean-up after a day at the beach.
Thomas's Donut shop and the Carousel Grocery Store are only a couple of blocks away for your convenience. Pier Park is only a few minutes away, restaurants include Panera Bread, Back Porch and lots of great stores. Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am unless prior arrangements have been made. Cancellation - none after a 1 week and no refund on deposit. Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday.

2nd time staying here. Great location, walked to Thomas donuts 3x. It fit our needs perfectly. 2 adults and 2 kids (age 9&12).

This older, vintage cottage has been properly maintained and had everything to offer for a peaceful break from reality. From the screened-in front porch to the private backyard, the exterior spaces offered plenty of solitude. The inside had just as much to offer—the comfortable queen size bed in the master and the bunks in the other bedroom. The shared bathroom had a small shower but the water pressure was outstanding. Every area of the house was clean and had plenty of supplies—from kitchen necessities to beach towels and anything in between. It was only a half block walk to beach and the neighborhood was quiet day or night. My adult son, his friend and I had a wonderful stay at this rental. We will definitely be renting this little jewel again, hopefully for a longer amount of time. Thank you for sharing this lovely property!

We had a great time here. Great location! Convenient walking distance to Thomas’ Donuts and local grocery. Very clean and love the large back yard!
