Location, townhome was really nice, beds, tvs, wi fi great....easy walking distance to beach.
Pool needs better cleaning, but still nice.
Our unit only downfall is a lot of stairs!! But would suggest stocking trash bags and toilet paper!! Other than that we brought staples knowing it wasn't a "hotel".

Very close to the public access, just a quick 3-5 minute walk. Condo was beautiful and all the "couches" turned into futons or beds which was really helpful, since we had a few teen agers who wanted their own space. Very spacious balconies and very quiet-Full Kitchen with plenty of pots/pans etc to use for cooking. .

Location and the clean and light rooms
Steep Cleaning fee and the fact we had to deal with unstripping the linen, throwing the trash and ensuring dishwasher was loaded as well! Never had to do this anywhere before.
