About this house rental
Newly remodeled Two bedroom two bath apartment on a large property within walking distance to the beach (4 minutes walk) ,neighborhood grocery store ,donuts shop and Pier Park a five minute drive to movie theaters, restaurants, entertainment specialty shops. Pier Park has many other attractions and events all centralized in this area including parades, fireworks and festivals . The dedicated beach with no condos or other building is a beautiful natural beach perfect for an all day outgoing in the sugar white sand. Carousel supermarket down the street has an extensive wine selection as well all the food supplies needed for your vacation. You could literally spend you entire vacation without a car with everything within walking distance or trolley to other main attractions. This cottage is a Smoke Free environment.

This was a great place to stay. More in the older original part of PCB, which made it more quiet and peaceful, but still merely a couple minute drive to Pier Park (which our 17 and 11yr olds loved) loved the convenience of the grocery store at the end of the street and most definitely loved that Thomas’s Donuts was there too.. YUMMY! We walked to the beach within 4 mins and our feet were in the sand. I am definitely more accustomed to the condo style completely beach front, but this was very nice and you can not beat the price!! If you’re family is a true beach lover like mine, then you will love this! But, if you’re kids or yourself is more of a “go to the beach for an hour then the hit the pool” type of person, this is not for you, as there is no pool. For us, this was no biggie, we can get in the pool at home daily, we spend our time at the beach and then to dinner at dark. They also have fruit trees on premises. That was a nice touch as well. Very roomy and top notch style. We will return yearly to this destination!

Air conditioning did not work well, Hot water handle did not work well in small bathroom, sink in small bathroom way too small, batteries in front door had to be replaced, sink in kitchen had water leak in faucet handle.
