This Villa Chateau town home is perfect for a couple, or family! Located only a very short minute or two walk from the world's most beautiful beaches. The quite, quaint Villa Chateau offers a beautiful pool and picnic area, that is never over crowded.
The town home itself has spacious living space, you'll have plenty of room for your whole family. The kitchen was just updated at the end of 2018 with granite counter tops, newly painted painted walls and cabinets to make you feel right at home. Comes with a completely functional kitchen, and dining area are perfect for mealtime, and you'll look forward to relaxing in front of the flat-screen TV in the family room after a long day at the beach. This condo comfortably sleeps 4 - 6 people with a King in the master, King in the guest bedroom, along with a Twin bed in the bunk area, and a small child on the sofa. However, with so much to do in PCB, you might not sleep much!

This property is in a hidden gem area. Can’t beat the beach on one side of the road and the pool at the other end. It’s mostly a rental area and it was very quiet and safe. The condo was clean and Kenny was prompt when we had to unexpectedly reach out to him. The only reason I am giving this location 4 stars is due to the uncomfortable beds. I did see previous reviews about them, but, gave the benefit of the doubt that they had been changed since recent reviews did not mention the uncomfortable beds. The condo does provide all that is needed for a quiet getaway. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus! If the beds are updated, we would definitely stay again!

The property was as advertised. It was in excellent shape, close proximity to the beach, and gave a real home away from home feeling. Kenny the property manager was really nice and helpful. I’d definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to others.

Location was great, right off of Front Beach Road. Nice little pool about 200 feet from the front door. Walk to the public beach entrance very short. Very good AC and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Great water pressure in shower. Condo is in serious need of updating. Beds are hard as a brick and very loud. The rear patio needs cleaning up as does the balcony. If the owner put a bit of money toward updates, this would be 4 or 5 star accommodations.
