The unit had a perfect view of the beach. King bed was very comfortable. Pool very nice with lounge and adirondack chairs. Had a little difficulty with the TV in the living room. Joe and Malinda responded very timely and the issue was resolved. Requested a vacuum because of the sand from the beach, Malinda arrived with a brand new one, but a pre-existing one was in the owner's locked cupboard. Ceiling fans were a great asset. We will be staying next year but in a larger unit.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Loved the market next door - it has everything you need! Easy access to the water, cute and clean condo. Will be back again!

Location was good, ocean view. Quiet area for bike riding and walks. Building was older so some renovations may be needed. Joe was excellent at addressing problems we had, things were corrected
