The property itself was great, affordable and pet friendly. Very close to the beach, had a pool, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to a breakfast and lunch spot. My only complaints was the rental company. We called and paid in advance to bring our dogs. 15 mins after arriving a guy from the rental company showed up to check on everything and then not even 15 minutes after that we got a phone call from the rental company asking us if we brought dogs. Well yes, we paid for them so we did. Then an entire day prior to check out we started getting bombarded with text on what time we were checking out and when. While they do a good job of keeping it clean it was rather annoying to have them bother us 3 days of our trip.

Beautiful house, super easy walk to the beach (no stairs!!), easy process. Really enjoyed my time, highly recommend! Will definitely be back. 10/10.

We were greeted to a very clean and cozy beach-cottage style vaca rental. It is located on a very quiet street of condos (at least over Christmas week), just down from beach access. It is also the perfect distance for a daily walk to the fabulous Carousel Grocery and Gift Shop...great place! The hosts were extremely attentive to detailed email/text communications and made our trip very easy with no issues. And, a huge but rare bonus for a condo/home rental....the beds were extremely comfortable. Finally, because a big part of our vacation experience is to enjoy the property inside and out, the backyard deck (completely enclosed, great for dogs) is such a treat with a peaceful view of nature. A huge thank you to Blue Swell for such a great experience!
