This charming one-story cottage, one of the nostalgic gems of Laguna Beach in Panama City Beach, is the perfect spot for your next family vacation. With space to accommodate up to 6 guests, Vintage Waves combines comfort and convenience for a wonderful stay. Situated just minutes from the lively Pier Park, you’ll have easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Country Beach Cottage reflects the classic appeal of Laguna Beach with its warm and inviting design. This cozy home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone. The living area includes a comfortable sofa that converts into a queen-sized bed, a four-seat dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. A newly built laundry room adds extra convenience for longer stays. Enjoy the outdoors on the covered deck, perfect for relaxing.
Outside, the private yard is perfect for pets, providing a secure space for your furry friends to play. The outdoor BBQ grill is ideal for family cookouts, making meal times enjoyable and memorable. Plus, you're conveniently close to the Carousel Supermarket, Thomas Donut, and just a few miles from Publix at Inlet Beach, ensuring easy access to local favorites and necessities. Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: 1 King, combo shower/tub bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen, combo shower/tub bathroom.

Beach Access:
From First Avenue, make a right onto Oleander Drive. This will lead you to Front Beach Road, where you'll find yourself between Beach Access points 82 and 83.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Conveniently located around many things. Quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. Property is an old Florida style cottage. Great fenced in back yard and covered deck area. This property takes you a step back in time.

Rustic cottage. Most homes in the neighborhood have been raised and rebuilt. This is completely vintage. Property location to the beach was phenomenal. Home was clean. Home was missing security features on back door and the yard gates did not close depsite ad stating it was secure for pets. Several outbuilding were sitting above ground with zero barrier to prevent pets, children or pests from accessing. Part of the driveway was gated and locked preventing access to the backyard where the outside shower was located. Second gate was inaccessible due to overgrowth of yard. This only left visitors to tract sand through the house to get to the backyard to wash off. There were exposed outlets and light non-water safe light fixtures in the makeshift bathroom shower. Second shower doors did not open properly. Tried cooking on stove top and oven which generated a lot of smoke for which there was no exhaust system. Overall, the house provided us a clean place to sleep and close proximity to the beach. Management or owners could benefit from feedback to make small minor fixes.
