House was amazing! Golf cart and hot tub were an amazing perk. House was clean and decorated beautifully. Primary bedroom bed was terrible and needs replacing. It’s a very old pillow top and leans in and down.

This is a great house, it’s newer, clean, and nicely decorated!! The neighborhood is very friendly and close to easy beach access. The house had all that my husband, dog, and I needed for a long term stay. The owner/manager was very responsive to questions, and took care of issues quickly. I would let other snowbirds know that there isn’t a mailbox so if you order via USPS or need to have mail forwarded, you will need to make arrangements as necessary. Also, the neighborhood is being redeveloped and there is construction nearby. We found it interesting to watch, but know that you will hear construction noises and related traffic. The completely fenced backyard was wonderful for our dog. Lots of space for him to roam. We very much enjoyed our stay here!!

I loved the home and how close it was to the beach. The golf cart was super convenient as well. The host was responsive and we had a great vacation. Will stay here again!
