About this house rental
Located in the heart of the most desirable location in Nashville, this home is perfect for up to eight people who want easy access to all Nashville has to offer from restaurants, bars, landmarks, etc. Set on a quiet street, the group can sit on the screened-in porch and enjoy a cool night and beverage, or jump in a five-minute Uber ride downtown for music and fun. Around the corner from the Governor's residence and other country music stars, which is often fun to walk the neighborhood in the morning and see the occasional tourist bus visiting the "stars" homes.

Jay was a great host from the start with restaurant recommendations and flexibility around checkin/checkout. The location was convenient to Belmont. Perfect for our needs!

Jay is super communicative and absolutely the host. We were in town for a friends wedding and it was conveniently located to where we never had to go far for any destination. Perfect amount of space for our group. And I have to mention how beautiful the backyard is! I would definition this place again.

Place was clean and location was good. Jay let us check-in early and check-out a little late which was super nice. Only improvement would have been if the bathrooms has basic toiletries (shampoo, body wash).

The home is well located in a cozy community. It was evident that the home is the owner's primary residence., with can give an odd feeling of sleeping in a strangers home. The biggest feedback for improvement is cleanliness. Could use a hard scrub down. Could tell the window screen where never opened. Plus was the back porch, deck. And the proprietor was very friendly and accommodating witch goes a long was in my book.
