Located in the heart of Melrose in Berry Hill, a small city within a city in Nashville also known as `Music Hill`. Walkable to many music hill attractions, restaurants, big machine brewery, recording studios, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch.

This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with kingbed and ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with king beds, and a hall bath.
Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.
Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.
Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay.
General Inquiries are answered M-F 8am-5pm CST during business hours.
Emergency Calls after 9pm CST: Please call Twice in a Row from the same number to bypass Do Not Disturb Settings. Emergencies include Lockout, Busted Pipes, or other Major Issue. For Fire/Police/Medical Emergency call 911 first.
Located in desirable Melrose/8South/Berry Hill and minutes from 12 South, Gulch, Downtown. Berry Hill is a small city within a city in Nashville also known as `Music Hill` Walkable to many Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by.
We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive.

• No parties or events. Residential Neighborhood with Limited Parking. Parking Provided for 3 vehicles, 2 small to midsize, one oversized.

•No locals without approval and signing separate rental agreement
•Insurance requires company collection of driver`s license and ID and age verification from responsible party
•Any tampering or disabling of exterior monitoring devices including but not limited to cameras will result in immediate cancellation without refund
•No firearms or weapons allowed on the property unless guest provides documentation that they are law enforcement.
•No visitors, only registered guests allowed on the property regardless of staying overnight or not.
•Furniture must be left in original position, no rearranging or moving of furnishings.
•We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover unexpected circumstances.

We wanted to be close to Geodis field for a soccer match, and this property is walkable. It was perfect for 4 couples. Embrace the stairs and the occasional train noise, and you will love it. The top floor living space and patio was a fun alternative to the living room downstairs. The property is well appointed with what you will need, and the property manager responded and acted immediately if we needed anything. I would defiantly go back.

Very easy to find. Laura was very prompt with all questions. House is beautiful although the cleanliness could have been better. Cobwebs, dust everywhere. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying there.

Overall we had a great stay, however there were some issues. It was close enough to Uber to downtown, bit not walkable area at all. The house was large but hard to keep warm or cold. The water filter needed to be replaced and multiple people got sick from drinking the water. We let them know the say we got there that this was an issue and they never replied. Also the wifi password we got was not working and reached out about that as well with no response. We were asked to sweep before we left but had no dust pan to sweep with, had the light turn on in a locked room 1 day after arriving. We had food delivered to the house and multiple times it said they were delivered and not there when we opened the door unless we did it immediately. The house was great but the hosts were not the greatest.
