The Space:
Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily!
- 4 bedrooms, 10 beds, 3.5 bathrooms
- Bed options: king, twins, trundle beds, air mattress, fold‑out sleepers
- Spacious open floor plan with modern décor
- Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, coffee maker, wine glasses, corkscrews, and more
- Private hot tub for relaxation
- Large living area with flat‑screen TV
- Washer/dryer with detergent, towels, linens, hair dryer, iron & board
- WiFi, cable, and all essentials provided
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Size was perfect, more spacious than expected! Hot tub did not have chlorine tablets so after one use we had to drain it and refill so we were only able to use it once during our stay, but not a deal breaker. Also bedroom below the hot tub had a leak in the ceiling. Again, wasn’t an issue but glad our stuff wasn’t under it getting dripped on. Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful decor.

Property owner was very communicative and provided detailed information prior to our arrival. The place is amazing for larger groups with plenty of space (we had 8 adults). The rooftop was easily the highlight, along with the bar/game room on the main floor. Walmart is right down the road for supplies and plenty of eating options within walking distance! Ubers to/from Nashville were easy. There were some maintenance items we passed to the owner after our stay and they promised to take care of it. This trip was a memory of a lifetime and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This house was incredible, decorated so nicely, very clean and had so many things to do. Pool table, tvs, baggy, fire pit on the roof, and of course the hot tub! Great location, not too far from downtown or opryland. Roughly 10 min to Broadway, but a very simple drive. Dog parks are just down the road with tons of cute pups to see. Walmart, restaurants and gas stations are just up the road, less than a 5 min drive. Glad we found this gem! We will definitely be back!
