Brand‑new luxury home in the heart of Nashville! Less than 10 minutes to Broadway, this spacious retreat offers multiple bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and plenty of beds for large groups. Enjoy skyline views, a rooftop hot tub, and modern open living. Surrounded by top restaurants and recording studios, this home blends comfort, convenience, and Music City charm for an unforgettable stay.
The Space:
Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily!
- 4 bedrooms, multiple beds including king, queens, daybeds, sofa sleepers, and pullout queen chaise sleepers
- 4 bathrooms with modern fixtures
- Rooftop hot tub with skyline views
- Spacious open floor plan with tall ceilings and abundant natural light
- Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, storage containers, coffee maker, wine glasses, corkscrews, and more
- Large living area with flat‑screen TV
- Washer/dryer with detergent, towels, linens, hair dryer, iron & board
- WiFi, cable, and all essentials provided
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Check-in process was very smooth and the owner was great to work with. We hope to rent this property again. We loved the spacious roof top and great space to hangout as a family.

We enjoyed this spacious home so much! Pool table was so fun. Hot tub was wonderful. House was very clean! Kitchen is huge! Having a bathroom for every bedroom/sleeping area was so helpful. Only about a 20 Uber ride to the Broadway area. Neighborhood was quiet. Walmart is close. Easily accessible. Would definitely recommend!
