The Space:
BRAND NEW LISTING! This beautiful home is located in the heart of Nashville, less than a 10 minute Uber to Broadway! This area is filled with a ton of great restaurants and home to many of Nashville's recording studios. This large home offers plenty of space and LOTS of beds for your group!
- 4 bedrooms, multiple beds including king, queens, sofa sleepers, and a daybed trundle
- 4 bathrooms with modern fixtures
- Spacious open floor plan with tall ceilings and natural light
- Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, storage containers, coffee maker, wine glasses, corkscrews, and more
- Private hot tub + skyline views
- Large living area with flat‑screen TV
- Washer/dryer with detergent, towels, linens, hair dryer, iron & board
- WiFi, cable, and all essentials provided
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

I chose this property due to the close proximity to family living in Berry Hill. We had a great experience with this property and property manager. We found the house to be as shown in the pictures and everything we expected. The property manager was always responsive and helpful during all interactions. We really enjoyed the large family areas, the game room and the rooftop. We had a great time and will definitely rent again when coming back to the area!

The location was close enough to the city that everything downtown was accessible but also outside the city enough to connect to other communities. The hang spaces were great and the large dining room table made gathering easy! Plus, the hot tub was great!

This property was a great stay ! The space was more than enough to accommodate my family. The location is centrally located, everything that we wanted to do was literally 10-15 minutes away. I loved the modern decor in the home, and the great sturdy furniture was very comfortable and appreciated. The multiple levels in the home was my favorite my family and I would refer to the levels as tiers…. lol I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it
