The beds were super comfortable and bedrooms were plenty big enough for everyone’s suitcase etc. Loved the 3 1/2 bathrooms for shower taking with 10 people. Kitchen was well stocked with basic essentials. We cooked breakfast a couple mornings but went out most nights for dinner. The area was perfect for us. We had cars, so it was a short drive into lower broadway when we wanted to go there. But I really liked being close to the gulch and 12 south neighborhoods. So many great places to eat, shop, breweries, and distilleries nearby. Quiet area so sleep is possible. Best of all, Steve is your host and he is always available for any questions. He provided a nice list of places to see, eat, shop, etc.
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it, but stairs are aplenty. Worth it though when you get to soak in the hot tub!!
