About this apartment rental
Very spacious two bedroom, two baths plus sunroom. Easily sleeps six. We are located within a gated community with a on site management team in place. Very secure - as if you need such a thing on Dauphin Island...
There is a pool and boardwalk that leads to the Gulf Beaches. Lots of space - not somewhere stacked on top of each other.
Complex has a pool that is rarely crowded. White sandy beaches that are so uncrowded - some days you may get lonely. We provide all pots, pans, linens, charcoal grill, beach chairs, etc. Bring your beach towels.
Washer and Dryer are in the unit for your use. You have pretty much everything you need here.
This is a non-smoking unit - no exceptions. I love pets and my other properties on the Island are pet friendly, but the Surf Club does not allow pets for non-owners.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric range, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, silverware, bakeware, knives, etc.
I have caught many fish along the beachfront. Gigging Flounder at night is also a very good possibility. Take the kids to the shoreline and have a great time!

Our family recently stayed at this lovely condo property in Dauphin Island, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The condo itself was incredibly quiet, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation.
One of the highlights was the beach, which was remarkably uncrowded. We often felt like we had our own private stretch of sand, allowing us to enjoy the serene and picturesque environment without the usual hustle and bustle. The beach was also impressively clean, which made our daily outings even more pleasant.
The condo’s proximity to the beach was another major plus. It was just a short, easy walk away, making it convenient to go back and forth as needed. This was especially appreciated by our family, as we could quickly return to the unit for snacks, breaks, or to escape the midday sun.
We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool as well. It was a great alternative to the beach, providing a refreshing spot to cool off and have fun. The pool area was well-maintained and added to the overall appeal of the property.

Owners are very responsive and made us feel welcomed. Lots of space even for a rainy afternoon with 5 adults. Plenty of table space for eating and board games too. However, don't expect privacy.
The beach and pool are lovely. Even on 4th of July it wasn't over crowded. We saw dolphins twice.
Unexpected - the sunroom with 2 beds is an extension off the living room. I hadn't noticed that in the photos but can see it in retrospect. We got this condo as overflow because our family was in the beach house next door owned by the Reeves. We had some complications with that and the only way to get to the family was 7-8 minute drive.

Great unit with plenty of room for a small family. Condo was very quiet and the kids enjoyed making friends on the beach with other families. Very nice beach with lots of shells for the kids to collect and plenty of room as it was very uncrowded. Would gladly book here again.

This condo is in a great location. The beach is a short walk and not crowded. The pool is convenient, very clean and also not crowded. The outside showers are nice. John was extremely easy to work with.
The condo is a little tired. It looks to be an original unit with a few updates. Even so, it fit our needs just fine. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. 2 bikes and nice beach chairs were provided. The washer and dryer were a huge plus for us.
We enjoyed our time on Dauphin Island.
