Access to the beach is perfect,
The kitchen is well stocked to cook anything,
The dining table is huge,
Glad to have a gaming table and large comfy couch,
The place is incredibly clean (NO BUGS, NO LIZARDS not once inside), very calm, and quiet.
Having beach items was super useful.
The bedding is comfortable.
Plenty of shower towels.
1. The master king bed was so uncomfortable & its shower had LOW pressure, and clearly someone broke the towel rack & it wasn't replaced. The windows in the room were SUPER noisy when it was windy.
2. The other king bedroom has a great bed, BUT the 1/2 of the wall full of western-facing windows had no curtains...they were ripped off & shoved in the closet. These windows have NO insulation, and the room heats 10 degrees above the rest of the place.
3. The fan in the 2 double beds room didn't work, or if it did, there was no cord to turn it on.
4. The bunk beds are the noisiest bunk beds I've ever heard. They definitely need WD40.
5. There are MANY ceiling stains from leaks- Three different areas in the ceiling have mold (took pictures) that has been there for some time.
6. There is an active dripping in the TV and the last 2 days there were drippings off and on.
7. There are several places on the flooring that are damaged and raised up, which could be problematic for folks unstable on their feet.
8. No screens on the windows (in the closet), which meant we couldn't enjoy the cool temps.

Condo was huge. So much space. Nice welcome snacks were so nice. Awesome location. Easy access to the beach. 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms.
The cleaning fee $250 is too much plus they have a long list of things they want you to clean before leaving. So pay $250 and clean up. Not a good deal.
