About this house rental
Large, beautifully decorated home with original coastal artwork located in the gated community of Audubon Place. Enchanting, shady sitting area located on the ground floor under the home and spacious open and covered decks with lovely views located on the main floor. Open floor plan, large kitchen with ample prep space. Enjoy family meals at the large dining table, and use the bonus smaller table for more intimate dining or an evening card or board game. Ample space with 3 queen sized bedrooms and a 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds, all linens are provided. Attractive and well equipped, additional amenities: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, 2 cable TVs, DVD/VCR and free Wi-Fi.
Access the Gulf beach from the centrally located community boardwalk. Splash in the waves, play in the sand and stroll the white sugar sand beach for miles at your leisure. No smoking, no pets. Guests must comply with Audubon Place community policies and procedures. No RV's or campers are allowed in the community. No parking allowed on the street, all vehicles must be parked in the properties driveway. Trailered boats are not allowed to be parked on the street but must be parked in the driveway or under the home where possible. Call our office with any parking questions prior to arrival. Entry cards for the Audubon Place gated community are limited to 2 vehicles per reservation.
* Update - Beach re-nourishment project and construction of community dune walkover is complete. Miles of gorgeous new beach!

This home is beautiful, well cared for and spacious. It is a very short walk to the beach and to the bird sanctuary. We absolutely loved our stay.

We have stayed the last 2 years at this house. It is absolutely a beautiful place to stay. We love it everytime we come to Dauphin Island. We handle everything online never have a issue.

This is our second year staying at Pelican Bay. We love the location and the house meets our needs. We were better prepared this year for the lack of toilet paper and paper towels. The only trouble we had was check-in, as the VRBO email did not include the info about going to the office to get the keys and the code for after hours pickup. We stayed with another couple and their child and Pelican Bay did not disappoint.
