The room was clean and area safe. The room was quite stark. More artwork on the walls and an overstuffed chair in the corner would improve the appearance. I enjoyed my stay and may consider staying there again.

First time I stayed here was in 2019, this is our fourth time being back here. And will continue to come every time where in Lincoln city.

The path down to the beach was right outside the door. Clean property, decent wifi, in the middle of town. Great for the price we paid.

The unit has a nice view through the window. The small kitchen provided is very convenient. The fireplace is pretty (but warning the timer did not work it stayed on). As expected the noise from upstairs neighbors wasn't great. Nice to have a bathtub but the showerhead/water pressure wasn't great. I had low expectations given the pricepoint, it worked however there's still certainly room for improvement. We found the futon and bed very uncomfortable and left sore after 4 nights there. There were limited outlets and in odd places, with none of the provided lamps left plugged in. For a last minute stay it provided but I couldn't do it again without a mattress pad or similar.
