This Lincoln City condo for six is within the Sandstone Point property. Better yet, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump from seven miles of Pacific Northwest beachfront - splash around with the kids, or just lie down on your favorite beach towel. If it starts to rain, you can enjoy a nice, warm meal in one of the nearby restaurants, or admire the beach from afar thanks to a shared patio and private balcony.

The condo's aesthetic is simple and comfortable. This home's dark wood floors go well with the modern furnishings, creating a stylish atmosphere you're sure to love.

Take in some fresh air on the balcony before relaxing in the living room just a few steps away! You have your choice of a leather sofa or a patterned plush chair - whichever you choose, you'll be nice and close to the warmth of the brick-facade gas fireplace. When we first got there our first impression was “it’s outdated but cute for the price” then we let my 9month old down on the floors and I took of my socks.. our feet and knees were black within 30minutes of being on the floor. I went to make coffee the following morning and there was a coffee filter in the coffee pot with moldy coffee. The queen bed was hard as a rock. Light fixtures falling out of the curling, the shower leaked onto the floor and the back door didn’t even close all the way even when locked/latched with the bar. We had it for Saturday to Monday and ended up leaving Sunday morning because we ended up dissatisfied with our stay… management was very responsive with our concerns when brought up.. hopefully they take action.. but from other reviews it looks like they probably won’t

For the proce we paid this property was ok. There was old food on the ceiling from what looked like a blender fiasco. The shower door had no seal, so it leaked water all over the floor whenever someone took a shower. Like, a lot of water. The final night we were there, someone in a unit upstairs must have been smoking or something and kept setting off their smoke detector about every 45 minutes from about 4 pm until about 9 am the next morning. With no one on the property as far as management goes, there was nothing we could do about it. The fireplace was nice after coming back from the cold beach. The kitched had basic appliances although they were all broken some way. Like having to use a plastic spoon to push down the lever to makenthe toaster work because the actual handle had broken off.

We loved that this property was so close to the beach, felt like the area we had in the ocean was private and not as busy. That being said the beds were all extremely uncomfortable, very hard beds. Also the property was very dirty when we arrived, there was old food in the sink still and there was dirt on the top bunk of our extra room. If you can get over that then I think for the price it was okay. Would I stay again though? Probably not.

Place was old, had a septic and plumping issues after 1st night. Had to find a different hotel which was horrible on a Friday night. Was told that we had to leave the property and it was 7pm on a Friday night. We ended up paying triple the cost since we really didn't have a choice on finding hotel that'll accept dog and on a busy Friday night. Try to work with property management and very little communication when I try to reach them! Called the 800 number, some will tell me that they have no clue what I was talking about ,and that they didn't get the briefing on the septic issue with the property, WT??? It was the most terrible experienced I've ever had with Vacasa rental. I hope to get a refund for the rest of the night that we didn't stay at that terrible property! Nathila

The hill down to the beach is a bit steep and there are rocks you have to climb down to get on/off the beach but it is close to a rock formation with cool tide pools! The view from our room was pretty and despite not being in a very walkable area, it was still a great experience for our family!

We had hoped for a place to prepare food, but the unit lacked kitchen items even with a full kitchen, the place had lots of little areas that were in disrepair, holes in walls. brick from the fireplace chipped off. Wifi was spotty and if the week had been stormy and not sunshine I would have expected that. but the view from the Balcony was beautiful.

The place is clean but not enough pots and pan and the knife was very dull. It didnt cut anything that we were trying to cut with. Not enough bed sheets and blankets and the futon was hard and uncomfortable. Is a decent place for people who is a tourist and out to see things but not for ppl who is coming to hang out to visited for the weekend.

We pull up and it felt like we were in the ghetto in our home town. The dumpster was right outside the entrance to the building we stayed in so it was kinda smelly. I think people live there too. Walking in, the unit smelled a little like pee. The main bedroom has a window above the bed that leads to the hallway where people walk to get to their units. The blinds were kind of broken so you could see into the room from outside. And the hall light showed through the bedroom so it was never dark in there. I tried to sleep on the couch instead. The people upstairs were stomping around ALL. NIGHT. LONG. They’d stop just long enough for me to fall asleep then start back up again and woke me up. I guess for the price it was ok. The view was very nice though.

Pros: Clean Close to the beach and local stuffs inexpensive allowed pets Cons: pets are "not allowed" on the furniture (weird....) no paper towels in kitchen, or napkins no toiletries except 2 make up remover wipes...which was odd main bedroom has a window to the hallway which shines a VERY bright light into it all night making sleep near impossible. The floors/ceilings are so thin that you can hear EVERY move your upstairs neighbors make. Looks more modern in the pictures than it actually is. Wood planks were sliding around on the floor, cupboards are super dated, light switches, etc are super old school.

Thought long & hard what to write in this, so i figured i'll list everything that best reflects my observation. Love the access & proximity to the beach. Parking had plenty of spots available. Much smaller than advertised. Seems like it was a 2 person suite turned into a 5 people mini apartment at some point to maximize profit. Place could've been a little cleaner. Lots of 'patch jobs' on walls & interior. Floors were very sticky to walk on & I had to wet mop it with a towel so it wouldn't take my socks off. Smoke detectors had no batteries in it & kitchen faucet was so loose, I couldn't turn the water on without using 2 hands to hold it in place. The kitchen counter laminate is separating and is held in place by a couple of machine screws on the corner. Unfortunately that didn't keep my clothing from getting snagged on the screw heads. The faux wood laminate flooring in the kitchen was installed incorrectly & had large gaps in between, so while sweeping the dirt just feel through the gaps underneath. The supplied broom also had a kinked and broken handle, which left sharp metal edges exposed which caused me to cut my hand on the broom handle. Baseboards had entire dust-bunny colonies living on it. Also the parking had some vagrants hanging out all weekend, which made us feel very uncomfortable and worried about our car getting messed with. Been coming here for years and usually not a complain, but this trip made me question if I should ever return here. What happened?? I'm gonna stop now before I turn into my mother.🙄 Overall impression: Cheap roadside motel from the '70s. Constantly on edge waiting for Norman Bates to come through the door. Definitely not paying $486.09 for 3 nights again.

The wrong key was put in the lock box so we couldn't even get inside for an hour. It was pretty clean and cozy. However the pictures are so misleading. The small bunkbed room has dirty carpet and smelled like dogs. The bathroom shower leaks. The counter top is coming off in the kitchen. The futon is very worn.Clean place- but not what your seeing in the photos. We won't be back.

I gave it one star because it will not let me give it zero. We actually did not stay the whole time we had reserved. When we arrived after our scheduled check-in time we found the front door open. The unit looked condemned. I expected to see crime scene tape due to the horrible conditions. We could not get into the bedroom because there was a huge pile of dirty towels and sheets blocking the doorway. The bathroom was filthy, there was dried, crusted food on the dining table and some greasy unknown substance on the coffee table. There was also a wet dirty sock on the deck. We were unable to find anyone responsible for the unit. After sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes trying to contact someone from Vacasa we decided to leave and find accommodations else where. After this experience, we will not stay at a Vacasa-managed property again.

It was great for the price point - clean, nice view, close to the beach. Liked the two bedrooms and the full kitchen. Other people in the property were respectful of quiet hours, so no issues sleeping. Has some normal wear and tear. The only issue was that the shower door didn't seal so water leaked onto the floor anytime we showered, but everything else was fine!

First walking into the condo (not a house as advertised, though the photos clearly resolve that before booking), the walls throughout the unit have been previously damaged and spackled but not finished properly. The primary bedroom did not offer any dresser and the closet door was off the track and would not properly slide. None of the wall units functioned properly for heat, the one in the primary bedroom was the worst. Bathroom is dated, most switches didn't seem to work. Gas fireplace would not always function properly, would turn the dial and sometimes wait more than 30 minutes before it would actually light. It's nice having a kitchen, with stove and oven included. But if you plan to use the oven in Salmon 1-B, bring your own bakeware and oven mitts has none will be provided in the room, the cookware for the stove also looked questionable. "Quiet" hours are apparently between 9pm-8am but we could always rely on the stampede upstairs till between 10:30-11pm each night, which began on a Thursday, and we'd be woken by anyone walking in/out of the Salmon building all hours of the night/early morning. The property is "pet friendly", but there's no designated pet area that we could find and there's dog feces all over the property which we stepped in plenty of times. So, No. Won't Return.

Cute little place but there are issues. Parking lot is small, spaces are super tight and not properly marked. Not enough parking for number of units. Shower leaks horribly. Very unsafe. After the 4 of us showered there was no water pressure. Took forever to get any hot water. Futon is implied good for two. Not two adults. Two kids would be fine. Biggest issue was noise. Does not seem to be any sound barrier between units. People above sounded like a herd of elephants and you could hear people next door snoring.

It was an overall good place. The view was what it showed and the room was nice, a little run down. My problem was our second day when we got back non the plugs worked in the living room including the ones for the TV. We called the help desk and they put in a ticket that couldn't be answered until we were already checked out. Also check time is 10 and they couldn't extend it.

Luckily the lady cleaning the room was there and gave us the code to the bottom one which is used for the cleaners. She confirmed that the top lockbox didn't always work. Wonder why it hasn't been replaced?

Great area to get to place’s in a short manner of time. Other than that you can hear all the walking and noises from the upstairs people. Bathroom had some mold on the top of the shower. When showering the water turned super super hot and you would have to be moving the temperature around. When you opened the shower door there would be lots of water we ended up using towels to leave on the floor so we wouldn’t slip. The main bedroom bed sheets looked like it hadn’t been replaced there were dog hairs and a black spot. Also rooms are both close to the hallway so you can hear people passing by. It’s an ok place for the price but I personally would not recommend.

Having a kitchen when on vacation helped save money by not having to eat out much. Good stocked kitchen but needed more utensils. Beds were ok but number of pillows and style were great. Towels were exceptional. Manager of the units was nice and helpful.

All the rooms were dirty and had visible dirt build up on the walls. I didn't shower as there the shower was filthy. I don't think they thoroughly(or dont at all!) clean the space in between guests. There was a half eaten McFlurry in our freezer that im assuming was from the people before us. The room was pricey for what we actually got but it was one of the cheaper options in general. I'd look for other options next time before booking here again.

The unit was not clean. Bed sheets not changed, patio glass door filthy, missing flooring section in kitchen. Shower enclosure door would not secure. Fireplace was inoperative. Mold and mildew in shower. Chipped and peeling paint on patio, and throughout the entire complex. This is a very old structure with many issues. Our next trip to Lincoln City, will not include this location. VACASA has many more quality selections with other owners to select from.
