This condo is part of the Sandstone Point complex toward the south end of the city, so you'll have quiet, scenic surroundings and a number of conveniences nearby such as restaurants and a theater. The beach is a quick, three-block walk down the street.
Inside, you'll appreciate a bright, two-bedroom arrangement with polished wooden floors. The main room features a leather sofabed, a flatscreen cable TV, and a table that will fit everyone for a pleasant meal or a board game. WiFi is provided for your convenience.
An open kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all you need to cook delicious meals. Dine at the indoor table or head outside to the picnic table in the shared courtyard for a meal with spectacular ocean views! Your dog will love the grass area if they get to come along (please note a small, nightly pet fee).
With two bedrooms and two full baths, this condo will comfortably sleep up to six guests - one bedroom has a double bed while the other has a king. The sofabed will sleep the remaining guests.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
