In this dog-friendly Lincoln City vacation condo, you're right by the beach. Enjoy ocean views, a fantastic location, and all the comforts of home.

Located in the Sandstone Point complex, this condo is just a few blocks beach access. Right across the highway is a movie theater (though please be careful if you cross the busy road), and just a mile to the south is the Taft district, where you'll find wonderful restaurants and shopping.

Start a fire in the hearth and flip through the cable channels to find something to watch, or log onto the WiFi to upload your favorite vacation shots. Sip a glass of wine on the balcony as you watch the rushing waves, then prepare a delicious dinner in the full kitchen. In addition to the necessities, you'll have a dishwasher, mixer, blender, and coffeemaker.

There are three bedrooms, sleeping up to eight guests. Dogs are welcome to come along for just a small nightly fee. Parents will enjoy some alone time in the queen bedroom, while two bedrooms with two twins apiece are great for the kids. A futon is available for extra sleeping space.

Check the movie showings at the Bijou Theater for a fun family outing, complete with popcorn. Charter a boat and try to catch some seasonal crab or salmon, or simply take a walk along the beach as the sun sets.

Convenient location as home base for exploring the coast. It is quite a trek to get to the beach access. Plan for steep inclines down to the ocean and what seems even steeper as you make your way back up to the room.

I loved nothing about the stay in the facility. Old unit with old uncomfortable furniture and beds. FILTHY! From floors, to grim in kitchen sink, dirt and hair in corners of rooms, mold on shower curtain, food on side of fridge, wobbly toilet, grim around light switches and nobs on kitchen cabinets. AND dumpster divers outside our room at 11:00-12:00 at night. Did have a nice view from the balcony. For the amount of money that I paid for this unit it was disgraceful! Never did I hear from a real person when I complained. They did say via text they would reverse the cleaning fee they charged. We will see.

We didn’t spend a ton of time in the room since we were gone most of the time, bathroom sink was cramped but overall everything was good.

I realize that many people use these facilities. But maybe we have been spoiled. We literally had to go buy coffee filters, new pans for making breakfast. My son almost got injured from a light hanging above him fell off the ceiling. We also realize this is a tourist attraction and is fully staffed during the “Peak Season”. But we paid and deserve so E customer service like fresh linens.

I was a little nervous because of the previous reviews. But I Booked anyway because it was the cheapest I found. BUT it was perfect. The view was amazing, the house was pretty and clean. Lots of room. The walk to the beach is down a steep-ish hill. But my toddlers did it multiple times. It’s a short walk to the beach. Check in and check was very easy. My kids are loud and we had no complaints so that was nice. The tv worked, the appliances worked, the water was hot. I will stay again for sure.

Clean, furniture looks nice but not comfortable. The deck slopes downward. We had an issue with another guests dog, we contacted property mgmt and was handled quickly. The hot and cold on the kitchen and bathroom faucet are backwards. We thought at first there was no hot water. Nice view of the ocean. All of the lights on the Hwy 101 side of the parking lot do not work.

Place was dirty, mold in the window. Front door did not latch. Property manager accused me of transporting mold to the place. VRBO very slow to respond. I ended up leaving. Amenities were not available.

Good view, available on hot weekdays in town,comfortable bed, Kitchen poorly stocked ie 2tablespoons 1 teaspoon, no dishwashing soap for dishwasher…. The couch has 2- 12inch tears in the Sofa. Exposing the foam. I took blankets from the bedroom to cover. I am disappointed in Vacasa as I traditionally trust their rentals. Not this one!!

Enjoyed the stunning ocean view but there were many basic things that were not working. Screens on windows were broken, the electricity in two of the rooms werent working, the fireplace wasn’t working and there was a hole in the outlet. It’s a great unit but has been poorly maintained.

It had a great view and served its purpose. Two bunk beds and one Queen bed. The WiFi password we were given didn’t work. The gas fireplace was disconnected. One of the bunk bed rooms didn’t have a light that worked and the outlet also didn’t work in there. It was a bit tricky finding and then navigating the path to the beach. You have to climb down some rocks at the end of the path. When you go back up the path and stairs you will realize how out of shape you really are. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend to my friends.

The view was amazing, place had all the amenities we needed. Including dishwasher soap and kitchen utensils. Some of the lights we’re not working, and a lot of stuff was painted over. It’s not perfect but I’d definitely come stay again.

That's an exageration, BUT arrived Friday nite, No toilet paper, no TV, no internet, no fireplace, ripped up couch, no can opener, worn out frying pan and pot had handles falling off,, no baking dish, no large mixing bowl, no hangars, bulb in refidge out, light in extra bdrm no bulbs, lamp on floor (no table) plugged into other extra room by extension cord, no measuring cups or spoons, and No A/C-my fault I didn't check that. Could not address problems until Monday when the Manager came in. She was GREAT on handling our issues and doing her best to make a horrible vacation better. Bridget! she gets 5 stars, property gets none.

Everything was great but property could really use a cosmetic face-lift. It could use a fresh coat of paint, some new patio chairs, and some decorations! A full size mirror just outside the bathroom door would have been great to see how you look! Some of the window screens needed replaced as well!

Tv didn't work, most seams ripped on couch. approx 12 inches between end of bunk beds and wall which is where ladder is. So not possible to get in top bunk, so had to place mattresses on floor. Main bed was two mattresses, a queen on top of a full size without a frame, just sitting on floor. Trying to get hold of property management was next to impossible. Flooring in kitchen was coming up. Very low water pressure and hot/cold reversed on bathroom. But, have to admit, the view of ocean was great. In summary, we wouldn't rent this condo again in it's current condition.

The box spring frame in the main room was broken in five places, rendering its use impossible. Management never found a replacement. The bunk beds are for children and cant handle the weight of an adult. The unit itself is run down and in desperate need of repair. I'll never stay there again. I was offered a 10% comp for our inconvenience. It came in the form of a future visit credit. Poor customer service in my view.

The apartment was absolutely filthy. The microwave didn't work the TV didn't work the fireplace didn't work. There was a urine patch on the main bedroom carpet. No electricity in one of the bedrooms so they ran a dangerous extension cord from another bedroom. The dishwasher was full of dirty pots and no dishwasher detergent to clean them. There was food in the sink drain. That is just to list some of the gross and malfunctioning things. I seriously suggest you stop advertising them and I would like to request a refund from you. I am a teacher taking teacher friends for a retreat after a really rough start to the school year. I was looking forward to a respite but spent the weekend emailing and calling Vacasa with no response. I have used vrbo many times and it has always been great so I was very disappointed 😞

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I would give this place a zero if I could. The only good thing about it was the location. The pictures are deceiving! There was PUKE on the curtains, sand everywhere, a dead crab leg in the cubby with the extra towels, food splattered on the ceiling that stunk the whole place up, someone’s black hair all over the sheets and bedding, blood on the wall, boogers on the wall, a dirty footprint on the mat in the bathroom, and no handsoap in the bathroom. We tried to find a different place to stay when we got there but everywhere else was full. My husband even wanted to cut our trip short because neither of us could stand staying another night. Seriously, go anywhere else but here. NOT CLEAN!!! I wish I could have something positive to say about this place but in all honesty I don’t.

Decent view from the room. Not the cleanest or most well kept place. Wall have been touch up painted that does not match the wall color. Doors where you handle them were dirty. Flooring in kitchen area panels moved around as the click portion of the laminate broke. Carpets in rooms very dingy and gross.

The balcony view of the beach was amazing. But otherwise this was a very low quality place. The Wi-Fi never worked. One of the box spring in one of the beds was broken. There is no laundry services available for customers on-site. This place seems to want to pass itself as an Airbnb when in fact is more of a motel with a kitchenette and no amenities or stuff on-site. Conclusion, this is the kind of place that if you want to stay at the beach and don’t want to get a lot of amenities and it is relatively cheap then this a good place. But this is definitely not a 5 stars place.

The property was not clean when we arrived. The property manager provided cleaning supplies and we cleaned the room. He took off one night and the cleaning fees for the inconvenience. The view from the room was fantastic! We loved having a full kitchen. Some of the appliances need a good full cleaning and the stove seems a bit slow to heat but it works. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes but lacks in pots, pans, dishwash cloths, kitchen towels. The TV had no premium channels. We were unable to sleep together in the bedroom as you can only get up from one side of the bed in the night. The walk to the beach is pretty long and has a substantial hill to go down and climb back up. We would stay at this property again given the kindness and professionalism of the property manager.
