Cortona, Arezzo, Trasimeno Lake and Montepulciano are less than 30 km away, Siena 45 minutes driving and the center of Firenze just one hour by rail. The villa is located within a beautiful vegetation setting beside the suggestive Castle of Montecchio and itself has been recently restored to a high standard, maintaining many traditional features and blessed with modern comforts in a thoroughly traditional and rustic setting. The terraced pool (10m x 5m) with a stunning views, the pergola and the barbecue are perfect for outdoor summer fun, relaxing and dining with sun all day long.
