Villa Montecchio is a splendid villa situated in a panoramic position amongst the Tuscan hills, near Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona.

Surrounded by a fenced garden with olive, almond and cypress trees, the villa boasts a small pergola furnished with table and seats, ideal place for relaxing, nestled in the greenery.

You will also find a beautiful pool (5 x 10 m - depth 1.40 m), open from May 13th to September 16th. The pool is located on a natural terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Valdichiana area, and is equipped with a stone solarium, sunbeds and parasols.

Moreover, at guests\' disposal a private parking, barbecue and wood-burning oven, perfect for dinners or grills with friends.



Internal Description



Furnished in a rustic Tuscan style, Villa Montecchio is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 11 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The three bedrooms on the first floor are endowed with air conditioning. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are allowed at an extra cost.



Ground floor: On the ground floor there is a large masonry kitchen that also serves as a dining room with a table for 10 people and some armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with: a huge fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, American coffee machine, oven, copper pots and pans.

Also on this level you will find a small bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.



First floor: The upper floor is accessible either through internal wooden staircase or external staircase with typical loggia. The living area consists of a sitting room (with fireplace, single sofa bed and sofa) and a study (with bookcase, desk and single sofa bed).

Then there are 2 double bedrooms (including one with a small private bathroom with shower) and a triple bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed). A bathroom with shower completes the floor.

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); final cleaning; Internet Wifi; a cot (on request); house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Heating (30.00€ per day); pets allowed (50.00€ per animal per week, maximum 2 pets). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
