Great setting, poor service

A few main reasons we chose this hotel were for its hot tub and additional bunk bed. On arrival, we were told the hot tub would be turned on the next morning. Then we got an SMS saying it'd cost €40 per person per hour. The hotel’s own website says the hot tub is free! And on booking.com the bikes have a fee but not the hot tub! We discovered the third bed, a bunk bed, was locked and were told it was locked for 'safety reasons'. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and felt the listing was misrepresented.

Fantastic apartment with amazing views.

Amazing setting with a wonderful view from the balcony. Lovely pool. Great kitchen area though no washing up equipment. Would definitely come back.

In allem einfach super und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Super Lage, da wir fast alleine waren (außer uns noch ein Pärchen) war es Erholung pur.

Leider muss ich Abzüge bei der Sauberkeit machen. Das Geschirr in den Schränken war nicht sauber (eingetrocknete Kaffee reste in den Tassen, dreckige Pfanne im Schrank) das Bad war übersät mit kurzen schwarzen Haaren und es war ziemlich eindeutig, das nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Natürlich hat mich das für den preis kurz geärgert, habe aber dann alles selber sauber gemacht und wir hatten wunderschöne Tage da.
