Wonderful hotel over Arezzo

It's a wonderful hotel with a beautiful view of the valley below. You can see Arezzo in the distance. It's clean, very well old fashionably decorated. The food was great, the staff was excellent. Absolutely splendid. There was a problem with the air conditioning in our room, so they gave us a very big, spacious, and wonderful apartment. Waking up with that view... unforgettable. The breakfast was great, we also had dinner there when we arrived. It was very tasty. Best tiramisu I've tried.

At times and at certain places, there was no wifi. It was not a big problem for us, only for our teens, but it was a pleasure watching them suffer without internet 😄.

Charming old buildings, renovated to a modern standard with great attention to detail, keeping the old fashioned ambience. Wonderful view from the terrace. Good food and warm and personal service. Really, everything was perfect.

Geweldig! Het beste ontbijt met verse producten, Roberto , eigenaar is vriendelijk en niets is teveel gevraagd, het zwembad is prachtig met uitzicht op Arrezzo en het typische toscaanse landschap. Prijs kwaliteit een 10 ! Top!

Colazione ottima, stanza comoda e dotata di tutti i servizi, posizione molto bella anche se lontana da Arezzo. Molto bene anche il ristorante annesso alla struttura.

Molto migliorabili i servizi alberghieri

Il ristorante è carino, buoni i piatti proposti con buona qualità/prezzo. Colazione abbondante e varia.

La camera doppia avrebbe dovuto essere (come indicato su Booking) vista giardino… in realtà una finestra dava su un cespuglio, una direttamente sul tetto di struttura adiacente e una su una boscaglia; la conseguenza era una stanza buia con poco ricircolo di aria e mancanza di luce naturale anche nelle ore centrali del giorno, con necessità di tenere le luci sempre accese. La presa della macchina da caffè non funzionava, spostando la macchinetta stessa ho trovato un mozzicone non mio…. Non è previsto il riordino e/o la pulizia della camera. Quando ho chiesto come mai la camera non fosse stata rifatta mi è stato risposto, alquanto sgarbatamente, che ciò era indicato su Booking. Ho cercato questa indicazione, ma non l’ho trovata da nessuna parte.

Relax e cortesia

La struttura è immersa nel verde, sulle colline proprio sopra ad Arezzo, raggiungibile in 5minuti in auto, la vista è meravigliosa. Il fatto che si possa anche cenare in struttura è un plus per me, cucina aretina con diverse portate, porzioni abbondanti e prezzi buoni. parcheggio disponibile, piscina piccola ma deliziosa.

la gentilezza e accoglienza del personale, l’ottimo ristorante

la camera comunicava con un’altra stanza e gli ospiti a fianco sono stati molto rumorosi e poco educati nel pieno della notte. questo non dipende dalla struttura ma da chi l’ha prenotata
