Unique opportunity to stay in a 1200 sq ft metal building, customized for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Rustic and open would best describe this experience. Private drive with plenty of parking space for those trailering their watercraft, only minutes away from the Ross Barnett Reservoir. Single bathroom that is accessed from sleeping area. Spacious and comfortable living room, sofas are great for relaxing and naps may be frequent. Outdoor table and chairs will serve those looking for fresh air. Non smoking, no parties or events allowed. Small pets are allowed under 30 pounds, larger pets must be approved by owner prior to booking.

Made a great place to base out of for a few days with quick access to what I needed but without feeling like I am in the middle of a big city. Peaceful.

Adrian provided us a very clean, quiet stay with nice beds and the rain provided by the Lord on the metal roof made for an incredible nights sleep. It is so secluded and quiet. Can’t wait to stay there again.
