we arrived on some miscommunication. I didnt have a room the manager quickly took care of things. everything was great. Except when I went into the room I slipped on water that was leaking from a brick of ice in the freezer. But other than that the stay was lovely and so was the staff. Also the shower was weird and hard to close.
I loved the shower pressure and temperature. The room was nice and clean. The staff was pleasant to me.

The breakfasts were good and the morning staff great. We got clean towels when needed. The night clerk helped us replace a burned out light bulb.
I informed the desk of the burned out light. We were gone all day and it was not replaced. The phone had no cord and therefore didn't work when I wanted to report the burned out light. That was not corrected during our stay.

It was conveniently located to where I needed to be during our stay. Getting to the place, however, was a bit difficult because, from the street, there is no signage. Staff were friendly and the lounge and dining area were clean and tidy. The bed was fairly comfortable as were the pillows.
The air conditioning unit was loud and made obnoxious scratching sounds often on during the night. The bathroom showed signs of a rush job during construction. There was zero turn down service between the first and second nights. Bed was not made, place was not picked up and more importantly, things like coffee cups and Coffee/creamer were not replaced. The in-room coffee maker itself was pretty lousy and made a cup of brown water that could not be consumed.
