We just overnighted but everything was perfect. Corey at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Other staff were friendly. Clean room. Comfortable bed!

I have been staying here almost every week since few months but last couple of weeks the house keeping service is pathetic not at all of Hyaat standard or any hotel standard lacking common things like towels and body wash kept asking for that for couple of days but they were short of it surprisingly repetitive request for same neglected from house keeping staff by me and front desk as well , although front desk staff are amazing and very helpful hotel management needs to work on house keeping staff and common facilities in a room.

This place was exceptional. From the value to location, it was all very nice. Staff was friendly and responsive, room was clean and large. Location right next to a regional mall provided everything I needed to enjoy the time.
