The property could use some updates, wall paper in the bathroom was coming off the wall, one of the table chairs upholstery was coming off!

To start off I booked in and the guy checking me couldn’t because “Karen” wanted to micro manage and tell me it was a deposit which would be extra fees then went on to tell me no parties and so I assume she judged my daughter to be older than what they were. Then told me I had no reservation I assume so I could leave even though it was on my phone. Nevertheless the young gentleman found my name and she said oh and we were finally checked in after all that.
The women who wears the red shirt should not make certain comments to guest when everyone is welcome or are we?
