I liked the location. Close to lots of stores and restaurants but tucked away so we didn’t feel like we were right in the middle of lots of traffic and such
I called the hotel prior to my stay to request a room on the front of the building. The employee I spoke to seemed annoyed with having to manage my call. Thank goodness the employee that I check in with was very pleasant.

Staff was amazing, rooms were clean, beds were so comfy!
I wouldn’t say there was anything I just didn’t like but if I had to give input, I would say some interior updating would make it even better!

The location was wonderful
My debit card was charged multiple times and the staff that checked me in (TValer) was very rude about it and told me she didn’t know what was going on and kept throwing her hands up like she didn’t want to be bothered! I only got things resolved when (Msolis) came on the next day. TValer also put me in a room that smelled horrible but allowed us to switch rooms.
