Living Room has 60" High Definition Flatscreen TV, DVD, CD with surround sound. Wireless internet included. Kitchen is fully equipped. BBQ on one of 2 outside decks with panoramic ocean views. Queen bed in each bedroom. Walk-in closet in one bedroom. Aero bed for additional sleeping. Full-Size Washer and Dryer.

Dogs considered on a case by case basis, requiring a picture for approval and subject to additional fees if approved.

The property was great but be careful about the fees. I had a pet on the reservation and the property manager, Costal vacation rentals, charged me a fee out of my damage deposit. Costal Vacation Rentals told me Im lucky they didnt keep my entire deposit.

Our family stayed here during a corgi beach day weekend and had a great time. The place is clean and comfortable with great views. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. If you are looking to park in the garage, it will be a real challenge with a mid to large SUV. The drive isle is so small and tight we just ended up parking on the street. If you want to get your steps in, this is the place. You will have to lug your luggage/food/drinks or whatever you bring up a flight of stairs to get into the condo, and then another flight and a half of stairs to get to the living and kitchen area. It was a nice stay, but I would probably find a single story next time. Also, in the description of this unit under Amenities under "Climate" it says heat. They should also add a line item that says " no cooling or air conditioning". The weekend we happen to visit was by all means not typical as temperatures were in the 90's, however it would have been nice to have air conditioning as it didn't cool down until sunset. But overall this is a real nice place.

We took our dog, so our only necessity was to walk everywhere with her and allow her to enjoy her stay too. We went to restaurants with patios, the beach, enjoyed drinks at several places, and simply relaxed at the house.
The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located as mentioned in the description. We will definitely be going back for another vacation and add a couple more days.

Beautiful clean condo with almost everything you need , from washer and dryer to very comfortable beds. Spacious, quiet, we never heard the neighbors which was amazing ( extra insulation in the common wall or empty gap?). Amazing views from every window. Kids loved it. Lots of games, pillows, blankets. Super convenient as it's so close to the beach. Big closets with hangers. Great kitchen for eating in which we did a lot. 2 garages available. We stayed 8 nights, kids wanted to stay longer!
