Everything. It’s a beautiful property with large and comfortable rooms. The pool area is stunning and the views at sunset over the olive trees and vineyards are exquisite. But the standout was the food at the restaurant.
We were overwhelmed by the quality of the meals at dinner …we ate at the Villa 4/5 nights and we regretted not eating there every night. We sampled most dishes from the creative/innovative menu (we didn’t go with the typical dishes at all as the modern menu was far too inviting, and we were never disappointed). Thanks to all the staff and owners and amazing chef who left an indelible impression. We will share with all our friends.
The only downside is that the property is a little remote … you definitely need a car however the roads and distances to nearby towns are a bit of an inconvenience. Fine if you plan to stay at the villa 24/7 😉

Property and pool are beautiful. Our room was nice and spacious.
We only had breakfast twice during our one week stay. Breakfast were rather small- but considering the amount of guest on property during our stay they were sufficient.
Food in restaruant was delicious and service great!
We also would like to thank Paola for her very good tips for restaurants in the area and reservations for breakfasts / dinners :)
We stayed with a dog and we felt like he was really welcomed there, allowed in restaurant, and by the pool.
Second last day our bedsheets were changed outside a schedule, which was billed extra - would be great if they asked before chaning the sheets as its extra paid servise. (Bed was not dirty- it had two pawprints from our dog).
Also last couple of nights a group of people checked-in and it got quite loud- as the walls between rooms are rather thin… so it might not be that quiet during peak seaon.

Beautiful Tuscan style property
Apartments were a bit run down, very basic, friend had really bad allergies from the dust and didn’t sleep
