Comfortable, well equipped , very spacious. Quiet location down a country lane. Secure, with good WiFi. Outside seating and pleasant garden though I was out during the days I stayed there.
I liked everything. Nothing to dislike! The stairs were ok but I am old and they might be more difficult for me in the future if I returned.

The location could not have been better. Less than 10 minutes to coast and less than 5 minutes to Fontwell racecourse which was the main purpose of our visit. As very near the A27 less than an hour to Winchester and right on edge of South Downs. It was a peaceful location and the huts and tables in the garden were a lovely touch. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the bathroom.
