Location,cleanliness and communication from the owners.
Very hot despite kindly being provided 3 fans. Rather busy main road which is busy very early on and with the heat, windows open as an issue early in the morning but if windows are closed no issue.

Zero hassle friendly booking and self check-in, super comfortable and clean living quarters, cozy setup just enough space for 4, the bathroom amenities were a highlight to the end of a longer trip!
One caveat: for small groups, the spare fold outs bunks in the living room were not comfortable enough to sleep on, as a couple sleeping upstairs everything was perfect, but the other two guests didn't get any quality rest.
