Bold Coastal Retreat with Boudoir Interiors, Felpham Village

The place was clean and at the central location in the village Felpham. The owner was very helpful, and communication was excellent. We liked the comfortable bed.

The shower and lighting need improvements. The bedrooms are very dark at night.

Quirky property and lovely and clean

After the initial booking there was a page to book in our dog at a charge of £25 per day. We had booked this property for its reasonable price. I understand there maybe extra cleaning involved with having a dog But a one off payment of £25 Would be more than enough to cover this. (This is just food for thought for you) if we had been staying for a week we would have had to pay an extra £175 just for the dog And could have booked the best western right on the beach and with a pool. the entrance to the stairwell to get to the flat is dirty and uninviting There is seating out the front of the flat this is missing several cushions and the ones on it are dirty, as is the fake grass and the glass table. The table that the glass sits on is broken and sinks inwards. On our first day we had gone to the beach and left the cushions outside on top of each other for comfort as they are really thin. However when we came back from the beach the cushions had all been put back in place which was a little freaky as we were unsure if someone had also been inside the property. The bedrooms are very dark ( and I understand this is your theme) but you cannot see anything unless it’s daylight .

Feltham village and surrounding area was very nice , lots of of places to eat and explore . Bognor Regis was right next door and about a 20 minute walk along the seafront , a nice couple of days away.The flat was everything inside that is advertised, but outside needs looking at .

The entrance to the flat is up a flight of stairs , which were very dirty . The flat next door had workmen in it from 8am until 4pm meaning no lie in for us , the seating area outside the flat had two dirty cushions on it . The parking was also a major problem as it faces from the back of the shops which the flat is above a row of garages with access , the workmen had taken three car parking spaces up with the debris from the flat and shop underneath they were working on . We had enquiries from a neighbour about taking a space which was hers usually, needs must I told her .

Very well equipped apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Bed was very comfortable with perfect pillows. Hosts provided all the information. Flat was in the excellent location. Right in the middle of the village. A few nice pubs around. Free parking near the beach. Couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.

Communal areas leading to the apartment could do with a sweep, but apartment itself was clean.
