Still an issue regarding the check in. The keys Propr had didn’t open the main gate. Then we got the keys from the lock box. He didn’t leave the second set, didn’t scan the barcode on the keys as he didn’t leave them. Then Propr is hounding me for these keys. There was a photo and scan verifying these facts. Propr is still looking into this. Communication from this company sucks. Very very slow too.

Propr. Terrible. They can’t follow their own checks and balances to solve this simple issue of missing keys. Ask the clown who met me for god sakes. He has the keys that don’t work. Also has the photos and scan.

The location and the view was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment as as a whole is tastefully decorated making you feel right at home.

There was a lack of communication on our arrival so we sat outside in the car waiting while the conceirge was waiting for us inside. There was a water leak in the kitchen on our arrival which they were busy sorting out, and luckily they did manage to resolve it. The beds are a little hard especially the single bed. The lounge lights kept flickering which was annoying. A staff member entered our unit on Thursday expecting us to have already vacated while we booked until the Saturday. The availabile facilities mention washing machine & tumble dryer but we only had a washing machine

No cleaning service(I should have checked that before booking though). The tv had no sound at all. The light goes off and on in the lounge which i did complain about in check in with the concierge which he replied that they cant sort it out. So that was bad

The position and the views

The property did not resemble the photographs on the advert. Except from the view of Camps Bay beach The property felt dirty on arrival. There were cockroaches in the kitchen (we noticed this the day before we left). The meet and greet person was nice but was obviously in a hurry and needed to leave as soon as he arrived. He did not go through all the operations in particularly the TV so we didn’t watch much as a result. The furniture also did not match the photographs The balcony furniture was in a very poor state of Repair as was the condition of the balcony floor. Although we were assured of secure off street parking we had to park on the street for at least half of our stay which was concerning for me as we had a hired car. I asked these questions before and I was told that I would have a not only secured parking but even a garage. Not first come first served.
