DUPLEX 52m2 hyper centre, petite TERRASSE exposée Sud

Very well equipped with comfortable seating, bed, very good shower and kitchen. Stylish fittings. The flat has loads of character and is in a great location. Near the centre of town and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Great bars, cafes and restaurants all very close. Fabian was extremely welcoming and helpful and would have been easily available had we needed him; we didn't. His English is better than he thinks!

We were there during a very hot spell, though Dieppe's temperature was very pleasant 24-26C. We didn't use the terrace because it was very hot in the middle of the day and in the evening, there were loads of seagulls roosting very close by. We weren't bothered by this, but they did make a lot of noise in the morning so be prepared for early wake up calls from your feathered neighbours. I imagine things will quiten down when the chicks have flown the nests. The flat is on the 2nd and third floors up quite a steep winding staircase. We didn't mind that but it should be borne in mind if you have mobility issues.

Fabian was a fabulous host! He has equipped the apartment with everything you could possibly need for your stay. He is very responsive and the apartment was immaculate.

The only issue that one may take into consideration is the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building does not have an elevator. It was not a problem for us, but anyone has mobility concerns or a problem with stairs, this may not be the apartment for you.

Perfect central location. Very well equipped and comfortable. Fabien is a very helpful host. Safe and secure.

There are flights of stairs leading up to and within the appartment so may not suit someone with mobility issues.
