A very enjoyable short stay

The location was perfect. The kitchen facilities were excellent, the lounge/dining room was spacious. The bathroom shower was spacious and functioned well,

We found the key code lock to the apartment tricky. My poor eyesight meant that I could not make out the numbers. Both staircases were difficult to use and we were glad we only had light luggage. The spiral staircase to/from the bedrooms would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, especially if you need the loo in the middle of the night.

There was nothing to dislike about the property for us but if someone was elderly or had mobility problems this would not be suitable for them due to the stairs to the property and the stairs in the property.

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, idéalement situé entre le centre ville et la plage. Appartement agréable et fonctionnel.

L'odeur de la salle de bains du bas n'est pas très agréable. Il faudrait rajouter des rideaux et des éléments pour cuisiner. Un peu de rafraîchissement serait utile.

Dreckige und abgewohnte Wohnung. Unprofessioneller Vermieter

Die Lage ist gut. Leider ist es Nachts sehr laut, sodass die Fenster beim Schlafen geschlossen sein müssen.

Es war leider die schlechteste Erfahrung, die ich jemals machen durfte. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem dreckigen, abgewohnten und damit inakzeptablen Zustand. Wir haben daher direkt nach unser Ankunft darum gebeten, abzureisen und unser Geld zurück zu erhalten. Dies wurde leider auch nach mehrfacher Rückfrage beim Vermieter stringent abgelehnt. Bei meinen zahlreichen Reisen kommt es hin und wieder zu Problemen, die aber immer mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden konnten. Dies war in diesem Fall leider überhaupt nicht möglich. Der Vermieter verhält sich absolut unprofessionell und ich kann jeden nur warnen dort zu buchen. Das einzige angebotene Entgegenkommen war eine zusätzliche Reinigung der Wohnung. Obwohl uns bereits vorher klar war, dass dies kaum etwas ändern wird, ließen wir uns aufgrund fehlender Alternativen darauf ein. Nachfolgend eine Auflistung einiger Probleme und deren Zustand nach der "Reinigung" - Aus den Abflüssen kommt ein unangenehmer Geruch - (Dusche im Erdgeschoss) reinigen (war kurzzeitig ok, hat aber nach ein paar Stunden wieder extrem gestunken. Die Toilettenbenutzung war daher ekelhaftund die Dusche konnte gar nicht genutzt werden) - Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer im Obergeschoss ist kaputt (nicht in Ordnung)- - Alle Armaturen entkalken (nicht in Ordnung) -> Sämtliche Amaturen sind extrem verkalkt. Dies führt soweit, dass aus dem Wasserhahn im oberen Bad kaum Wasser heraus kommt und alles umher spritzt. In den Bädern sind daher auch schob alle Möbel durch Wasser aufgequollen.

Logement très beau et très soigné et sécurisé grâce aux codes. Tres accueillant avec des serviettes pliée sur chaque lit. Tres pratique à côté des commerces et de la plage. En famille tres pratique.

Séjour mitigé

La localisation de l'appartement est vraiment très chouette, a quelques centaines de mètres du front de mer, du port et du centre ville. Les équipements sont agréables.

Avant de réserver, nous avions vu avec le propriétaire pour rester exceptionnellement jusqu'à 15h le dimanche car nous participions a un trail de 100km et que nous devions arriver le dimanche vers 13h sur Dieppe. M. a accepté cela donc nous avons réservé. Mais surprise, puisque pendant notre séjour (nous étions déjà entrain de marcher nos 100km) nous avons appris que nous devions quitter le logement pour 11h le lendemain. Chose impossible pour nous puisque nous étions en marche. Nous avons finalement pu négocier pour quitter a 15h mais avons du faire un paiement de 25€ pour cela. Si nous avions su plus tot que cela n'était pas possible nous n'aurions pas réservé ou nous aurions tenté de trouver une autre solution. Nous avons trouvé le comportement du propriétaire peu honnête.

Un bel appartement, spacieux, bien situé auquel il manque peu de choses pour être exceptionnel.

L'emplacement au centre ville, l'espace disponible, l'équipement d'ensemble très complet, le wifi, le grand écran de TV. Cependant, quelques améliorations simples et peu onéreuses seraient bienvenues : prévoir des lampes de chevet, un minimum de rangements dans la chambre de couple (par exemple un portant), des porte-manteaux dans les salles d'eau, un verrou dans celles-ci, un peu plus de vaisselle (quand on est 4, il faut pratiquement faire tourner le lave-vaisselle après chaque repas), les notices d'utilisation de l'électroménager, un grille-pain, et pourquoi pas quelques jeux de société pour les jours de mauvais temps....

Le hall et l'escalier pour accéder à l'appartement sont très vétustes et contrastent fortement avec l'appartement. Une rénovation s'impose ! Pendant notre séjour, nous avons dû subir une coupure d'eau sans avoir été prévenus et sans que l'entreprise en cause ne s'excuse, ni ne daigne nous donner une durée approximative de coupure ! Le propriétaire n'était visiblement pas au courant de l'intervention et n'est bien sûr pas en cause, mais l'incident est pour le moins désagréable !

Séjour sympa mais déçue par l'appartement.

L'emplacement à deux pas du centre, le petit salon, le propriétaire charmant car nous avons dû le déranger lors de notre séjour (il manquait des serviettes de toilettes et l'electricité à dijoncté 2 fois nous laissant dans le noir un moment) lors de notre séjour.

Les escaliers exigus ( vraiment pas top quand il faut monter 2 étages avec des bagages ou des courses), Les lits séparés dans la deuxième chambre vraiment inconfortables pour des adultes, et très bas, sommiers à lattes de mauvaises qualités, matelas qui forment un creux ....pas top !.

L'emplacement du bien est en hyper centre, on peut tout faire à pied, l'arrivée est autonome grace aux messages reçus par le propriétaire. Les lits sont faits à notre arrivée et serviettes à dispo.

Les parties communes manquent d'entretien, l'escalier de l'appartement est dangereux. Si je dois rajouter un bémol je dirai manque peut être de vaisselle pour 6 personnes.

Treppenhaus muss erneuert werden Aber es ist nicht schlimm - mal wohnt ja nicht im Treppenhaus 😂😂😂
