A great house for a family holiday.
A spacious house with an excellent pool table in a games room. Plenty of deck chairs and patio furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, crockery etc. Bedroom roomy. Living room spacious with comfy sofas. Very pretty quiet village. 10 mins walk down to the beach. The beach was pebbly, full of French families, shower and food kiosks, toilettes but nothing else. The nearest boulangerie in Neuville les Dieppe was excellent with a super friendly lady in charge.
Only one loo and downstairs - visits in the night involve the creaky floorboards on the stairway. There was a fairly strong kitchen smell - cheesy - that we couldn't locate. A drive to the boulangerie and a fairly long drive to get to Dieppe centre.

Unfortunately there were bedbugs in the beds - we left after the first night. Tbe owner was very nice, showed flexibiility and reimbursed the amount paid in advance - make sue before booking that the house has been properly treated for bedbugs by professional services

Weekend très agréable dans l'ensemble.
Maisonnette très bien équipée et très propre, proche de la mer, pas trop de vis a vis. La propriétaire est facilement joignable et répond très vite à nos questions.
Adresse compliquée à trouver (pas de numéro sur le portail et il faisait nuit à notre arrivée), pas facile de rentrer une grande voiture dans la cours (il faut manoeuvrer mais on a réussi à rentrer 2 voitures), radiateurs pas très efficaces, pas de verrouillages de portes dans les WC/ SdB, les portes des chambres grincent énormément (un petit coup d'huile dans les gonds serait le bienvenu). Ça reste des petits détails, facilement réparables pour certains, qui ne nous ont pas empêché de passer un excellent WE (2 couples avec 2 grands enfants chacun).

Für so ein Objekt völlig überteuert.
Es war sehr, sehr schmutzig, es gab weder TV noch WLAN. Das Eingangstor war so schwer zu öffnen, dass ein vorbei kommender junger Mann diesem einen tritt verpassen musste, damit es sich überhaupt öffnen ließ. Eine Türklinke fiel ab. Es gab draußen weder Auflagen für die Stühle noch einen Sonnenschirm.

Idéalement placé pour un we à dieppe entre amis
Grande et belle maison, une salle de billard sympa, un espace nuit assez grand et de belles chambres, emplacement proche du centre-ville en voiture
1 seule salle de bain pour 4 chambres, parquet grinçant au niveau des chambres, manque de couverts/assiettes par rapport au nombre de personnes, ustensiles de cuisine à changer

Very basic
Dicht bij zee, makkelijk bereikbare winkels binnen 10min en goed afgesloten tuin. Binnenin was het vrij ruimtelijk.
Hygiëne was veel minder, enkele defecte elektrische apparaten, geen toilet/badkamer bij de slaapkamers boven dus 's nachts moet iedereen naar beneden met luidruchtige deuren, over een sterk krakende vloer en trap. Algemeen ook heel slechte akoestische scheiding tussen ruimtes en tussen boven en beneden, wat het moeilijker maakt 's avonds nog te babbelen wanneer de kinderen in bed liggen.
