Beautiful and well maintained house. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The location was amazing, just few steps from the small ski area and also close to the Aquarena. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Appliances are new and easy to use. Big plus in winter time is covered parking space. There is also a storage for skis and snowboards. All in all, great place to stay close to Nassfeld.

Beds were not made, we had to do it ourselves. It would be nice if there were boot warmers

Beautifull view to the montains; 100m far from the Kotchach’s ski center; the accomodation and it’s equipments was full and great condition.

Really a little problem but sometimes the cold water was not enough for 5 persons shower and somebody had to wait an hour.

Schönes Haus mit einigen Abstrichen

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Viele Infos vom Gastgeber. Sehr schöne zentrale Lage und alles fussläufig erreichbar. Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Herrlicher Blick vom Haus aus. Autostellplatz

Alle Betten nur 140 breit . Das sollte unbedingt angegeben werden. Die Matratzen leider sehr dünn und durchgelegen. Vieles im Haus verräumt und defekt (Lampen, Tisch, Geschirr). Steckdosen nicht erreichbar, da ein Bett umgestellt wurde. Kein TV, nur Streaming möglich. Einiges recht schmuddelig (Gartenmöbel, Backofen, Geschirr, Kopfkissen) 3. Schlafzimmer nur über eine Leiter erreichbar. Müll sollte vor die Tür gestellt werden, wurde aber nie abgeholt-Tonnen gibt es nicht. Keine Spültücher, stattdessen ein Händehandtuch. Wir haben selbst neue gekauft, wie auch Batterien für die Fernbedienung, die ausgelaufen waren. Keine Duschvorleger im Wäschepaket enthalten, das recht dürftig und knapp war (jeder ein Handtuch für 14 Tage - haben wir dann selbst gewaschen- Dinge, die man im Urlaub eigentlich nicht will). Betten waren nicht bezogen, was nach 12 Stunden Anreise schön gewesen wäre. Fliegengitter wären sehr sinnvoll und ein zweiter Schlüssel. Auch wurde der Rasen in den 2 Wochen leider nicht gemäht.
