Perfect location for visiting the area

Mister Kerschbaumer is really the friendliest host. From a bottle of wine when we arrived, sweets for the kids and borrowing the barbecue, nothing was too much. The appartement is spacious, very clean and well equipped. We especially liked the roof terrace with a view on the surrounding mountains.

There were a lot of insects at the night time during the summer so my advice for you is to keep the windows close if the light is on.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment with very well equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the mountains. Very friendly and helpful host ready to solve any issue. Modern, newly renovated bathroom with heated floor and lots of space. Boots heater for skiers. Very attractive price, considering the high standard and size of the apartment.

The apartment is nice and cosy, the furnishings is new. The owner is friendly and helpful. We communicated via SMS in German and the owner responds quickly. Surroundings of the apartment is wonderful and offers many winter and summer activities. We will try to come again in the summer.

Very good for visiting Glossglockner Strasse

The host allowed us a later checkin hour. Fast communication via Whatsapp, in English. Private parking in the house court yard. Big terrace with nice view over the mountains. Good Wifi connection. You have an extra fridge (minibar) with cold beer, lemon ice tea, water - you can buy any of that for reasonable prices. All facilities included, 2 bedrooms (separate kitchen). Big rooms. Recommended!

Mnóstwo udogodnień w całym domu. Doskonale wyposażona kuchnia - sprzęt AGD łącznie ze zmywarką, piekarnikiem i ekspres wypełniony ziarnami pysznej kawy :) Duży garaż dostosowany dla narciarzy - automatyczna suszarka na buty. Cudowny, troskliwy gospodarz - przywitał nas winem i słodyczami. Apartament idealnie czysty. Lokalizacja doskonała - klimatyczne, spokojne miejsce - sklep, restauracja - wszystko w zasięgu ręki. Dobry dojazd do stacji narciarskiej.
