Needs improvement.

We liked the look of the property.

No hot water in shower . Ants EVERYWHERE. No hairdryer- so had to go out into the snow with wet hair !

Magical and made lots of happy memories

The house was truly amazing. We were all family members with 6 adults and two children and it was perfect. We each had a bedroom and bathroom on separate floors. Safe for the children with a baby gate on the top floor. Would have been better if there had been another baby gate on the stairs leading to the ground floor but that’s the only suggestion to make it safer. House was a short, easy ride from the airport and all the attractions we wished to visit. Lovely and warm and plenty of space for us all. Would highly recommend 😊

The host is generous and helpful, and with a beautiful house, it makes our stay enjoyable and a great experience .

Our group of 6, has lots of space and rooms . Facilities are incredible . Within in house sauna , a laundry room, even a outdoor jacuzzi and sauna and barbecue hut for a fee. A huge living hall , 2 dining halls . it’s an awesome house to stay. It is by the side of a river with lovely scenery .

will need a car for easy commute though the property is only a couple minutes from the town.

We have just enjoyed a lovely stay in Villa Nietos, everything was simply perfect and the owners were really welcoming and nice. Thanks a lot! I can just recommend it!

Pricey but worth it. Really hospitable and flexible hosts.

Excellent facilities and really friendly hosts. We were a group of grandparents and two families with kids, aged 8mo, 1yr and 2yrs. It was really practical that each group had their own floor with showers. The floorplan and facilities were suitable for little kids, and there was a nice selection of toys available. The hosts responded quickly and showed great flexibility with arrival and departure times (the days before and after our stay were not booked), which really helped the logistics of our trip. Yakuzi was a nice bonus.

A rack for skis and a drying cabin would've been practical. But since there was a lot (A LOT) of room available for spreading wet clothes and equipment around this wasn't a real problem either.

Magical !

This property is absolutely stunning, my only complaint was that our stay was too short. It is the most beautiful house, in the most gorgeous setting. We got to enjoy the hot tub and outdoor sauna on a cold snowy night. Lovely owners who were very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous!

A beautiful house, full of character and In a quiet residential area with superb views across the river. The house was warm throughout, spacious, well-equipped and finished to an extremely high spec. It was a pleasure to spend time there - the sauna and whirlpool bath were much appreciated A 15 minute drive from Santa Claus village - we had a hire car, which is probably necessary to explore the area efficiently

Super Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie!

Das Haus liegt super ruhig und idyllisch und trotzdem nah zu allen Aktivitäten/ Stadt/ Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im Untergeschoß gab es ein Schlafzimmer, eine Schlafcouch und ein riesiges Bad mit Sauna, im EG ein Bad und ein wirklich großes Schlafzimmer mit Schlafcouch im Zimmer und oben ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer mit Ankleideraum sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Auf der Empore gab es eine weitere Schlafcouch, die wir (mit 10 Personen) gar nicht genutzt hatten. Man merkt dem Haus deutlich an, dass es gepflegt wird: alles war mehr als sauber und auch wirklich nichts beschädigt. Die Gastgeber wohnen nebenan und waren für uns immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
