I like everything regarding to this villa. Villa was so big, comfy and clean. It was also good located, only 10 minutes walk from the city center.

A charming house, though somewhat lacking in amenities.

Perfect location, charming house, nice owners.

The stay was enjoyable overall, though a few details could have made it perfect. A small coffee setup with capsules for four adults over two nights would have been appreciated, clearer information on bed sizes and bathroom terminology would have avoided confusion, and knowing in advance that there was only one shower would have helped us plan better. These small points kept me from giving the highest rating.

Lovely villa in a beautiful setting

Villa was totally as described, the host was so friendly and gave prompt communication, the villa is close to the city centre which you can walk to or approx €8 Uber ride, the villa itself was lovely and warm, and the sauna was an added bonus along with the open fire, we were a party of 7 adults and it suited us just fine. We would definitely recommend and come back again

Please be aware the only shower room is by the sauna so it's difficult to leave the sauna one by one and have a shower while others stay in the sauna but we worked round it no problems but some may find it a little awkward

A very cosy homestyle place.

Our group was very happy with the whole stay at Villa Toivo. We have all the facilities to help us spend time together and get cleaned up. There was everything we need to prepare food and beverages We met the cleaners and they were such a sweet couple.

highly recommend for families and larger groups, great location

Location was super. We hired cars but all attractions were only a short drive away. House was spotless, could not fault cleaners at all! House was also super warm (maybe too warm :-) Decor may not be to everyone's liking, a little old fashioned and more traditional, but for us that was its charm as we don't like modern decor. House was very spacious and we had lots of room for our large group. House was well stocked and they had all the basics and well stocked cupboards with lots left from other guests. Modern clean kitchen, fully equipped for cooking meals. Sauna was a bonus. Kids loved that there was outdoor space to play, sled and build snowmen. Sleds available at the house also. We had an issue with electric fault and i messaged the owner who phoned me back immediately and talked me through locating the fuse box and the matter was sorted straight away. I would definitely recommend for larger families or groups, and would return again ourselves.

Not the owners faults but the next set of guests arrived at 10am and placed several suitcases at the front door and were waiting in and around the driveway for us to checkout at 12. We were cleaning and packing and it was a little awkward.

excellent accommodation for a group of travellers.

location, spacious as major two points. very easy to coordinate with the owner. also he provided us excellent suggestions for Aurora hunt. there are supermarket and resturants in walking distances. the kitchen is fully loaded. overall a great experience and woudl love to come back again.

Great location and warm, comfortable house.

The lock box and keys worked well. The beds were comfortable and the mattress toppers were wonderful. We loved having a sauna. The kitchen had very good equipment. The house was warm and cozy in spite of the very cold temperatures. The house was in an excellent location - walking distance to Rovaniemi. The owner was responsive and answered any query immediately - very helpful.

10/10 on everything

Everything in this Villa was simply perfect. The host has put so much thought into everythjng hes provided. He was even extremely responsive to all our queries for months before the trip there. The location is just perfect and in such a beautiful lane that felt magical in christmas.

Check in was at 3 Pm. We reached at 7.30 AM but the staff allowed us to leave our luggage around 12.30 pm

Amazing staying at Rovaniemi

The location is great, near Rovaniemi center and Arctikum. Near the frozen lake/ river which was very good to see the aurora borealis everynight. 10 min by car for Santa Claus Village. Very comfortable Villa, with 1 one bedroom with double bed and 2 beds in living room. Big bathroom. Equipped kitchen.

The cleaning maybe improve a little as well as the quality of the towels but that was not a problem.

Great holiday in Lapland

It was very well equipped, the floor heating made it cosy, the sauna was great anf the beds were comfortable and rooms spatious. There were sledges for the kids behind the house, good for families

1. Excellent location - 10 min walk to centre of town and shopping centre. 2. House was constantly warm and cozy. 3. Fabulous sauna. 4. Plenty of room and spacious. 5. Very clean. 6. Plenty of stock e.g kitchen paper, toilet paper, bin bags, towels, wood for the stove etc. 7. Family friendly and safe neighbourhood. 8. Comfortable beds.

Perfect place to stay for a group to explore Rovienemi, or to stay before/after flying home.

Great location for Rovienemi, short walk to the town, and short drive to the airport. We stayed for one nighy before flying home, a group of 9 and this house was ideal. The sauna was an extra bonus :-)

Very clean and spacious. Great location, easy to walk into town. Lovey garden, open fire, sauna. Arto was very helpful when I spoke to him. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Alles was in het huis aanwezig. Zelfs Ook peper, zout, thee, koffie, koffiefilters, vaatwasblokjes, wc papier. En de sauna.

Het matras van het 2 persoonsbed in slaapkamer 1e etage viel tegen. Te zacht. Bij omdraaien van partner had je daar last van.
