Meeting the Host of the Apartment. Absolute gentleman and on hand if you need anything.

The Host was an absolute gentleman. He met us at the apartment and advised us on everything in the apartment and different places we could visit. The apartment was fully equipped with all we needed and so central, minutes walk from centre of town, supermarkets, eatery's, bars, bus stops etc. I fully recommend this as I will definitely be going back.

Centrally located large all-included apartment

A three bedroom apartment 500 m from the centre of the city. A 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Apartment is fully equipped, with a full-size kitchen, two bathrooms; one with a washer and a dryer and the other one with a sauna. Two of the bedrooms are double beds and the other bedroom is two single beds. I loved that there was an area at the entrance to take off your winter boots and hang your jackets. Ranou our host was spectacular. He organised taxis from the airport for us, send us lots of local and historic information that was very useful. We had a small issue with the apartment and he sorted it within 15 minutes.

Great location, helpful host.

Location was great with tje use of a car. Stores also within walking distance to the property. The host was very concerned for our comfort and provided helpful information for restaurants, stores and things to do.

Some repairs had to be made during our stay, but once again the owner went out of his way to make it convenient to our schedule and provided a thank you gift for us.

Fantastic comfortable apartment, great location, hosts that treat you like family!

From the initial booking to the checking out, we had a fantastic experience dealing with the host Rauno and his lovely apartment. Rauno met us when we arrived at the apartment, which was late and he kindly offered to bring us to a late open supermarket to grab a few thing to get us started the next morning. The apartment is in a fantastic location only 400-500 meters to the main streets in the city, with all the tour pick up points in short walking distance. The apartment is so large and spacious with all three bedrooms very comfortable. The kitchen living space and dining area is all really well equipped with everything you could need. All contact I had with Rauno was very easy and he quickly responded, he very kindly gave us all the information about the area which was very interesting. If I or any friends were to visit Rovanemni again i will be highly recommending this apartment.

A great place to stay in Rovaniemi

great location in the city of Rovaniemi easily accessible to restaurants and shops. Very functional apartment with 2 separate toilets and one shower room and all the needed accessories: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machine (and detergents) and drying means. Very attentive host, communicating fast and effective for any question. Knowledgeable and can assist also in the planning of activities. Will visit again once I'm in town again.

Beautiful apartment

This is a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom apartment in a quiet area about 5 minutes walk from the main street. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with great attention to detail (fully equipped kitchen, Netflix, PlayStation). The 3 bedrooms are all a good size and there are 2 separate toilets and a shower room. The host Rauno is lovely and is available to assist throughout with any questions, issues or information about the area, including help with transfers to/from the airport. I highly recommend Rovaniemi City Apartments and would definitely stay here again.

Very responsive reception and great location

We came with my family to believe in the real miracle of Christmas. The location of the apartments was great, everything at your fingertips. Key instructions and other information were very accessible. The apartment was really big with the possibility to prepare meals for the family. And as a bonus, the owner of the apartment had great communication. Thanks to the landlord for the great Christmas surprise, the daughter and her new toy friend are inseparable. I recommend these devices to everyone.

Wonderful spot in the central of Rovaniemi.

Everything is perfect, from the location, the condition of the apartment to the helpfulness and hospitality of the owners. We messaged the owners asking how to open the window because it was a very hot day, then they instructed us how to use the air-conditioning system (it helped a lot) and even brought a brand new fan for us and assembled on the spot. We surely will come back when we have the chance!
